    Cleaning Services – Terms and Conditions

    1. Scope of Services

    Sarah's Spotless Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides professional cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Services may include, but are not limited to:

    • Regular house cleaning
       
    • Deep cleaning
       
    • Move-in/move-out cleaning
       
    • Post-construction cleaning
       
    • Office and commercial space cleaning
       
    • Specialized services (e.g., carpet, window, floor care or upholstery cleaning)
       

    All services provided will be outlined in a separate written service agreement, quote, or invoice.

    2. Service Appointments

    Clients must provide access to the property during scheduled service times. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

    • Residential Services: Services can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as a one-time appointment.
       
    • Commercial Services: Frequency and scope will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
       

    3. Pricing and Payment

    • All pricing will be confirmed before services begin.
       
    • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
       
    • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, cash, and check.
       
    • A late payment fee of $25 per day may apply to overdue balances.
       
    • Commercial clients may be invoiced monthly or based on agreed terms.
       

    4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    • Residential Clients: Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation fee of 100% may apply for short-notice cancellations.
       
    • Commercial Clients: Cancellations and schedule changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance unless specified otherwise in the contract.
       

    5. Access and Security

    • Clients are responsible for providing keys, access codes, or entry instructions.
       
    • All keys and access information will be securely managed.
       
    • We are not liable for any damage or loss due to faulty locks, security systems, or incomplete instructions.
       

    6. Supplies and Equipment

    • We provide standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
       
    • Clients must inform us in advance if they prefer specific products due to allergies, sensitivities, or environmental concerns.
       

    7. Satisfaction Guarantee

    Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge.

    8. Damages and Liability

    • Our team will exercise reasonable care when cleaning your property. We are Insured. However, we are not liable for:
       
      • Pre-existing damages
         
      • Improperly installed fixtures or equipment
         
      • Wear-and-tear items
         
    • Any accidental damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service.
       

    9. Health and Safety

    • Our staff follows strict health and safety protocols.
       
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
       

    10. Client Obligations

    • Ensure the property is accessible and free from hazards.
       
    • Remove personal belongings or valuables from areas to be cleaned.
       
    • Inform us of any special instructions or fragile items before the appointment.
       

    11. Termination of Services

    • Either party may terminate services with written notice of at least 30 days.
       
    • In the case of ongoing contracts, early termination fees may apply as outlined in the agreement.
       

    12. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

    13. Privacy and Confidentiality

    We respect your privacy. Any client information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and/or provided in writing to existing clients.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province of Maine

    By booking a service with Sarah's Spotless Solutions, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
